Role Description

This is a full-time Associate role located in Rewa. The Associate will be responsible for facilitating credit access for rural women, managing joint liability group activities, assessing income generation projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Credit facilitation, Group management, and Compliance skills
  • Experience in assessing income generation projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of rural finance and microcredit operations
  • Proficiency in local languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
