Chief Energy Transition Strategist

As a senior leader within the Energy Transition team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to deliver complex technical projects. Your expertise in leading high-performing teams will enable us to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our Energy Transition sector capabilities, establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to drive project delivery, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and realize business opportunities across all service lines.
- Develop and maintain a professional reputation as an individual and for the organization, promoting technical excellence and innovation.
- Contribute to the positioning of the organization as a capable and innovative technical consultancy.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering complex multidisciplinary transmission and distribution projects, including primary and secondary detail engineering, power generating stations, windfarms, solar farms, transmission lines, etc.
- Ability to apply independent judgment and responsibility in leading the resolution of complex technical challenges in a pressured environment.
- Experience in establishing and developing high-performing teams capable of delivering complex multi-disciplinary technical projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead mixed teams from varied disciplines, background, and culture.
- A broad understanding of the international power sectors, challenges, and opportunities.
- Cultural awareness and experience of leading international project teams.
