Job Opportunity: Senior Technical Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned technical consultant to work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions for clients in the US and Canada.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications, focusing on senior technical development and support.
- To ensure data integrity and governance through complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy via reporting and queries.
- To support integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.
- To collaborate with the team to determine best design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts.
- To engage with vendors for support as necessary.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technical development, preferably in payroll areas for the US and Canada region.
- Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA.
- HDLC expertise.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Mastery of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and payroll area.
Educational Background:
- A master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant fields.
