Job Overview
This is a role for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch technical support as an IT Help Desk Expert. As a specialist in this field, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their technical queries.
About the Role:
- Provide telephone-based technical troubleshooting support to our global customer base.
- Handle basic technical assistance queries related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience, even in challenging situations.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a courteous, energetic, and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO or the service industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
