Customer Support Specialist

This role involves providing real-time support to international customers via chat, email, and voice channels. The primary responsibility is to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction by providing the best possible resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide prompt and effective support to customers via multiple channels.
  • To resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must be 12th Pass, Diploma holders, or Graduates.
  • The position requires excellent written English and basic computer knowledge.
