About the Role

As a key member of our global market research team, you will be working alongside top-rated investment research organizations and leading asset managers. Your expertise in financial analysis and accounting will help us cater to the needs of 8 of the top 10 global banks.

The selected candidate will join our Private Credit team, supporting portfolio managers in the portfolio monitoring process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial spreading (PL, BS, and CF) on an Excel-based model or a lending platform
  • Key performance indicator identification and report creation for the credit review process
  • Covenant calculation in line with facility agreements and provision of detailed rationales for covenant Met/Breach results
  • Annual/quarterly/monthly reviews and template population
  • Business overview and SWOT analysis
  • Conducting financial analysis (historical and forecast, as well as operating, leverage, and liquidity ratios)
  • Collateral analysis and verification/compliance against thresholds (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage, etc.)

We are looking for someone with a strong accounting and financial background, preferably with a master's degree from a reputable institution. You should have 2+ years of experience in a similar profile and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build a strong team culture.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and training junior team members and acting as an SME for other team members
  • Managing the performance and development of junior team members
  • Handling client calls and periodic communication
  • Providing project management support to the senior manager
  • Regularly interacting with portfolio managers to discuss tasks, templates, and deliverables
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and providing inputs to improve TAT and efficiency
