Job Description

The Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in strategic pricing efforts. Responsible for developing and implementing data-driven price change recommendations, this individual will work closely with senior analysts and pricing managers to develop and track performance of new initiatives.

This role involves providing cluster-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting & insights.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for research, design, and development of applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing strategies
  • Develop and deploy dashboards and reporting tools
  • Design and implement statistical models to drive business decisions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (business, engineering, statistics, economics, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
  • Proficiency in data mining and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, GCP, SQL)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accumulate, evaluate, and generate insights from disparate data sources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bonus Skills

The following skills are desired but not required:

  • Technical expertise in Tableau, Knime, Power Automate
  • Experience in Python, statistical concepts/modeling
  • Experience in Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics
  • Project Management experience
