Study Visa Advisor Role

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Study Visa Advisor, located in Ghaziabad.

Job Overview:

The Study Visa Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students on study visa processes, evaluating documents, assisting with application submissions, and offering valuable insights on visa interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing strategic advice and counselling services to students on study visa processes
  • Evaluating and verifying documents submitted by students, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assisting students with the submission of visa applications, adhering to strict deadlines
  • Offering valuable insights and keeping up-to-date with the latest immigration regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in advising and counselling students on study visa processes
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations, laws, and policies
  • Exceptional organisational and record-keeping skills, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and visa application platforms
  • Able to work independently, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively
  • Prior experience in the education or immigration consultancy sector is highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred
