Job Description

The Study Abroad Application Executive plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth experience for students during their admission journey. This position involves managing the end-to-end application process, handling documentation, coordinating with students and institutions, and providing accurate guidance on application requirements.

This role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively coordinate with students and institutions.

  • Manage student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations.
  • Verify and review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Assist students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • Follow up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  • Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
