Our Business Model

We have three business verticals: Specialty Chemicals, Chemical Intermediates, and Nutrition & Health Solutions. Our Specialty Chemicals business manufactures Pyridine, Picolines, and its derivatives for agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, solvents, metal finishes, fine chemicals, semiconductors, etc. We also offer Diketene and its value-added derivatives for multiple industries.

Our Chemical Intermediates business has acetic anhydride and value-added anhydrides and aldehydes catering to various industries. Our Nutrition & Health Solutions business unit offers B3 & Picolinates (Chromium & Zinc) which are fully backward integrated.

Manufacturing Facilities Overview

We have five state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in India, including one in Gajraula, UP. We practice world-class manufacturing processes and ensure unmatched quality and timely delivery of products through innovations and cutting-edge technology.

Job Role Summary

This role will lead quality systems across R&D and pilot stages, ensuring first-time-right, scalable product designs. Key responsibilities include experimental design, process development, technology transfer, lab and budget management, regulatory compliance, and advanced material characterization.

  • Lead developmental Quality Assurance function across the new product lifecycle, including assurance of DQA and Lab-Analytical functions.
  • Design experiments, DOE, hypothesis studies to conduct experiments with R&D and Technology teams.
  • Play a key role in technology transfer from R&D to Pilot plant and Site level.

The ideal candidate should have 16-24 years of experience in API/Intermediate/Fine chemical Industry, a Master's degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy, and sound knowledge of Fine chemical, DQA.
