Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the credit department, you will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to credit policy and defined processes. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to credit policy and defined processes, TAT management, PD TAT, CAM quality, Fraud Risk Management.
  • Coordinate with Operations team for disbursal and PDD process.
  • Maintain Daily Login MIS, Disbursal MIS and other MIS as required by the management from time to time.
  • Prepare financial spreadsheets, analyze data, and provide insights.
  • Generate Cibil reports, conduct Google checks, and perform other related tasks.
  • Coordinate with different vendors, manage vendor TAT, and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Conduct banking, repayment tracking, and prepare CAM reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
