Job Title: Financial Analyst - Corporate Credit

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst - Corporate Credit.

  • Analyzing financial statements, performance, and trend analysis to assess the creditworthiness of mid-large corporates is a key responsibility.
  • You will manage a portfolio of clients and handle rating assignments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Preparing comprehensive credit reports by including profiles of counterparties, key rating considerations, credit risk assessments, and forecasts will be an essential part of your role.
  • You will build and maintain forecast excel models to drive informed decision-making.
  • Analyzing business models, identifying strengths, weaknesses, risks, understanding revenue models, and corporate structures of counterparties will require in-depth knowledge and analytical skills.
  • You must adhere to standard operating procedures and policies, including compliance documentation.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for success in this role.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of credit principles, credit review/appraisal, credit rating, report writing, capital structure, EBITDA & ratio analysis for mid/large corporates is necessary.
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details is critical.
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience in credit industry is preferred.
