Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engagement leader to drive business outcomes with customers and partners. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will lead engagements aligned to Amazon Leadership Principles and Engagement Manager Role Guidelines.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business results through effective project management and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer objectives and drive innovation throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers and partners on best practices and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and organize project phases, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Coach customers and partners on agile delivery frameworks and continue to develop and iterate on current methodologies.
