Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Product Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives across various sectors, including Manufacturing, Power, Renewables, EPC, Engineering, and Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide technical teams effectively.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is required. MBA (preferred) – with specialization in Technology, Operations, or Product Management.

Certification in AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud Technologies would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for digital transformation.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Python, SQL, AI/ML frameworks.
    • Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
    • Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).
    • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks.
  • Secondary Qualifications:
    • Product management and lifecycle ownership.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
    • Change management and digital adoption strategies.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
