**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee - Online Reputation Management (ORM) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and managing online reviews, forums and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Responding to and addressing negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilizing ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment and identify trends.
**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
