Online Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking experienced Clinical/ Counseling/ General Psychologists to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Telehealth Psychology Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online consultations to patients across India via the CareMeez app.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough online consultations (voice/video/chat) for mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and lifestyle challenges.
- Provide empathetic counseling support to patients, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
- Update case notes in the system after each consultation, ensuring accurate records of patient interactions.
- Master's degree in Psychology from a recognized institution.
- RCI registration preferred, but not mandatory.
- 0–5 years of clinical or counseling experience, with freshers welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English or regional languages, with Hindi being a preferred language.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism are essential qualities for this role.
