  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of engineers.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and respectful dialogue.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software.
Key Responsibilities
  • 30% Hands-on coding and debugging (C#.Net/Microservices).
  • 30% Architecting and designing enterprise software and cloud services (HLD & LLD).
  • 40% Project and people management, including overseeing engineering projects, managing project risks, providing technical guidance, tracking team performance metrics, leading and mentoring engineers, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
  • Deep hands-on experience in software development C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
Preferred Qualifications
  • .Net core, .net standard, asp.net experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale production deployments.
