Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support a team of engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals.
  • Own project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews.
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Built a collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
  • Work with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as an engineer lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
