Machine Operations Specialist

The role will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to customers from the installations of Injection moulding machines to breakdown and spare parts support, and also responsible for driving aftermarket sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive support to customers from Installation of Injection moulding machines to breakdown calls, machine problems, Spare Support, Training for Machine Operating, Processing Problems, etc.
  • Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions, CCV/HCV/AMC plans for any Machine, and ensure global action on all Machines.
  • Support customers for Mould Trials (In-house & on-site) for Machine Shipment.
  • Responsible for Assembly of Machines & Machine operations at Customer Site.
  • Submit Field return parts to the factory for analysis and warranty recovery.
  • Manage outstanding payments for spare/service clearance and follow-up.
  • Release flash for parts failure.
  • Drive Spare Parts Business Growth & develop Spare Parts recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit Service Reports for each machine.
  • Maintain Software Backup, Hydraulics Circuits, and Bill of Material on the Service Portal.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Injection moulding machines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
