Commercial Coffee Machine Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Coffee Machine Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial coffee machines and grinders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Calibration: Install, calibrate, and commission new coffee machines and grinders at client locations. Ensure equipment is functioning optimally and meets customer requirements.
  • Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in espresso machines, brewers, and grinders. Repair or replace faulty components such as pumps, boilers, valves, electronic boards, and group heads.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site and workshop-based technical support for clients. Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, spare parts usage, and maintenance schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a coffee machine technician, appliance technician, or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of espresso machine mechanics, electrical systems, and water filtration.
  • Skill: Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Skilled in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and hand tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
