Company Overview Kaapi Stories Firangi Falooda Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Barista to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of barista experience demonstrating proficiency in espresso machine operation and exceptional customer service If you are passionate about creating quality beverages and ensuring an excellent customer experience we invite you to apply Qualifications and Skills Experience operating espresso machines to produce high-quality coffee beverages Mandatory skill Excellent customer service skills to engage with and satisfy our clientele Mandatory skill Inventory management skills to maintain and stock supplies and ingredients Mandatory skill Ability to create latte art to enhance the aesthetic appeal of coffee drinks Proficiency in using point-of-sale POS systems for processing transactions efficiently Knowledge of sourcing high-quality coffee beans from various suppliers Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure a hygienic cafe environment Creativity in menu design to develop and introduce new beverage options regularly Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages that meet quality standards Operate and maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and equipment Engage with customers to answer questions take orders and provide recommendations Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed for daily operations Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the cafe Maintain a clean and presentable workspace at all times Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal offerings Train new staff members on barista skills and customer service standards
