About this role

As a Data Management Operations professional, you will play a key part in our organization's efforts to drive business growth and innovation. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing data management processes that support the effective operation of our global issues management function.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial crimes compliance frameworks, as well as experience with data visualization tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed process documentation for GFCD IM data management processes.

  • Develop subject matter expertise regarding Issues Management policy, standard, and procedures.
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders to drive implementation of end-to-end GFCD Issues Management processes and procedures.
  • Gain familiarity with MUFG's financial crimes compliance framework.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Compliance, Risk Management or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with other data management or data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Team player with willingness to learn, take initiative, and work hard.
  • Good work ethics with strong verbal and written communication skills.
