Global Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee payroll operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and timely delivery of payroll.

  • Payroll Management: Process, review, and validate payroll for India, US, UK, and European countries in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
  • Statutory Adherence: Ensure adherence to country-specific labor laws, income tax, PF, social security, pension schemes, and other statutory contributions.
  • Global Coordination: Liaise with international payroll vendors, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of payroll cycles.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in payroll processes and implement automation or standardization to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Audit & Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support internal/external audits across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with global teams. Additionally, hands-on experience with global payroll platforms is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end payroll management
  • Strong understanding of statutory laws (PF, ESI, Income Tax, FLSA, HMRC, GDPR, social security, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or similar)
