HCM Consultant


Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Fast Formulas, and end-to-end implementations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and excellent interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll, having completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations. Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas is also essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading or participating in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations from requirement gathering to go-live. Additionally, they will develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs, configuring the payroll module and tailoring solutions to align with client requirements.
