We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to manage our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of inbound and outbound sea/air freights to global destinations.
  • Collaboration with regional counterparts to optimize freight management.
  • Day-to-day logistics coordination, including shipment tracking, documentation, and vendor management.
  • Audit and verification of trade documents, such as bills of lading and certificates of origin.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in EXIM operations, international trade regulations, and freight forwarding. They will also possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to monitor trade trends, analyze data, and develop strategies for efficient import/export operations.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in analyzing imports and export-related port data to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
  • Maintenance of accurate documentation, tracking of goods, and identification of opportunities to reduce taxes and duties.
  • Risk assessments and contingency planning to mitigate risks in global trade.
  • Staying updated on changes in international trade regulations and adapting procedures accordingly.
  • Monitoring customs duties and tariff exposures, implementing duty mitigation strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing import/export operations, ensuring compliance with all trade regulations and negotiating contracts.
