Job Title: Global Supply Chain Manager

The position requires a skilled professional to oversee end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with trade laws.

  • Establish logistics processes for inbound and outbound transportation from global and domestic locations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Manage transportation and logistics across multiple sites, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions, or natural disasters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure business continuity.
Required Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field is advantageous, along with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Minimum 12-14 years of proven experience in import/export operations, preferably within manufacturing sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of ODC Cargo, gas and chemical logistics, including international trade laws, Incoterms, and compliance requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of International Logistic, 3PL Management, Inbound/Outbound logistics, multi-modal transportation, freight forwarding.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders globally and negotiating effectively.
