Job Description:
As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects, including installation of VRF systems, ducting, piping, AHUs, and ventilation systems at various sites. Your role will involve preparing detailed execution plans, ensuring timely implementation of projects as per design specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise project execution to ensure successful completion within time and budget.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workforce to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Read and interpret HVAC project drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, customers, and project management companies (PMCs) for effective coordination.
  • Ensure accurate site measurements for certification, invoicing, and billing purposes.
  • Manage manpower needs and plan daily workforce deployment based on project requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist in the invoicing process.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably in Mumbai or similar metro markets.
  • Proficiency in ducting, piping layouts, VRF system installation, AHUs, and ventilation system integration.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
