Job Title: HVAC and MEP System Manager

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems? Do you have experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems?

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC and MEP System Manager to join our team. As an HVAC and MEP System Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and MEP systems across our campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: You will oversee the installation and maintenance of A.C heating and ventilation systems, including changing fillers and maintaining Chiller Plants.
  • Electrical Systems: You will maintain electrical parts for outlets and apply other systems like lighting switches, fire alarm, security system, CCTV systems, etc.
  • Plumbing Systems: You will handle plumbing including STP and pipe system as well as gas delivery system in Canteen and laboratory settings.

You will also be responsible for leading a team, supervising and coordinating activities, preparing consolidated daily check schedules, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all equipment and MEP works at the campus.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and fire fighting. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Deputy Registrar/Assistant Registrar. You will be responsible for providing support to the administration department at the campus and assisting in the smooth functioning of campus activities and maintenance.
