**Job Overview**

This is a full-time off-site/hybrid role as a Project Coordination Specialist for PEB projects at MARVIS INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED H.O. in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate project activities, including site visits, meetings, and communication with project sites, design engineering office, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects and Conventional Structural Steel products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

**Compensation Package**

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
