Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and facilitate Agile teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality results.

  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on understanding of SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps board
  • Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective meetings
  • Hands-on experience in developing and using Azure DevOps dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  • Effective communication, action orientation, and follow-through facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective in removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
  • Working in SharePoint technology preferably SharePoint 2019 online experience required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution

Requirements
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results
