Lead Agile Teams

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in AI and cloud environments to drive agile delivery of innovative solutions.

This individual will play a key role in ensuring project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, hands-on experience with AI and cloud-based projects, and a proven ability to drive agile teams while ensuring strong communication across executives, SMEs, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure project velocity and stakeholder alignment through effective communication and facilitation.
  • Develop and implement agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) adapted to AI/cloud environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
