  • Support financial oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Build trust and influence across senior leaders to ensure alignment.

Change Management & Digital Transformation

  • Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
  • Implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.

Leadership Enablement

  • Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.

Organizational Culture & Communication

  • Serve as a cultural integrator to help navigate nuances across teams.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication.

In order to be successful in this role you will require 3–5 years of experience in financial management or strategic projects, leadership experience, digital literacy, strong communication and presentation skills, analytical skills, business acumen, and maturity to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
