Role Overview:

Developmental Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to provide holistic care and support to children and their families. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's physical and developmental challenges using observation, parent reports, and standardized assessment tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address children's challenges in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to professional standards and regulations.
  • Stay current on developments in occupational therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in occupational therapy with a strong focus on child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining patient records.
  • Ability to travel as required and adapt to changing circumstances.
