Full-Time Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries across various platforms, monitoring shipments, maintaining inventory, processing returns, and managing marketplace order dispatches.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries across multiple channels
- Track and ensure timely shipment of orders
- Manage inventory levels and restock as necessary
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently
- Coordinate with customers to resolve issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
