Job Title: DevOps Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our cloud infrastructure and automation initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in DevOps tools and practices, cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Strong leadership capabilities are required to drive scalable, secure, and efficient deployments.

This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, automate, and deliver cloud infrastructure using best practices and modern DevOps methodologies.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes across AWS/GCP environments.
  • Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Ensure high availability and performance by monitoring and optimizing production and non-production systems.
  • Proactively manage compliance, legal, infosec, and privacy requirements for cloud-deployed applications.
  • Automate and manage the entire SDLC lifecycle for both applications and lead business continuity and disaster recovery automation and planning.
  • Conduct and lead root cause analysis for performance issues and incidents, implementing corrective measures.
  • Participate in and lead 24x7 on-call rotations, ensuring incident response and uptime.
  • Provide technical assessments and recommendations for cloud migration and DevOps transformations.
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines with Apache Spark and related Big Data technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 9+ years of DevOps/Cloud infrastructure experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform.
  • Advanced skills in AWS or GCP (Cloud experience is mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Linux-based environments (Advanced-level required).
  • Expertise in monitoring and debugging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubectl.
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) concepts and implementation using Kubernetes YAML, Helm, etc.
  • Experience designing and implementing Apache Spark pipelines and working with Big Data ecosystems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ownership of end-to-end solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Certifications in AWS/GCP or DevOps tools.
  • Strong scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, or Shell.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
