Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Automation Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining automated processes for building, testing and deploying software efficiently and reliably. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience in infrastructure and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Automated Software Delivery: Design and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system availability, performance and reliability.
  • Cloud Services: Work with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud to deploy and manage applications and infrastructure in the cloud.
  • Containerization: Use containerization technologies like Docker to package and deploy applications, utilizing orchestration tools like Kubernetes to automate deployment, scaling and management of containerized applications.
  • Security: Implement and manage security practices and tools to protect systems and data.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and other teams to improve development and deployment processes, identifying opportunities for automation and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Scripting: Write scripts such as bash or Python to automate tasks and processes.
