Job Description:

As an Associate, Workplace Operations at Natixis, your key responsibilities will include: Managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region, ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices. You will also manage the India Workplace OPEX and CAPEX annual budget while ensuring cost efficiency.

Anticipating business needs within the local portfolio and proactively recommending Corporate Real Estate (CRE) value-driving solutions. Building and nurturing successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective CRE services.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Support the Head of Workplace APAC in managing workplace operations
  • Ensure local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices
  • Manage the India Workplace OPEX and CAPEX annual budget
  • Anticipate business needs within the local portfolio
  • Proactively recommend Corporate Real Estate (CRE) value-driving solutions
  • Build and nurture successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
