Job Opportunity

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in desktop support engineering
  • Ability to work in a rotational 24/7 shift including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Must be flexible to work in three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night
