Event Coordinator Job Description

About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality event solutions for kids' birthday events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers and entertainers, to create memorable experiences for children.

The Event Coordinator will work closely with the category manager to manage event inquiries, curate packages, and maintain supplier data. They will also assist planners with creative ideas and supplier suggestions tailored to children's events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curating Event Packages: Coordinate with kids' venues, entertainers, and decorators to create unique and engaging event experiences.
  • Maintaining Supplier Data: Update and manage databases of kids' event suppliers, including venues, magicians, mascots, inflatables, décor, etc.
  • Supporting Planners: Provide creative ideas and supplier suggestions to help planners deliver successful events.
  • Tracking Inquiries: Monitor and track event inquiries, quotations, and confirmations in CRM software.
  • Preparing Proposals: Assist in preparing proposals and supplier shortlists for planners.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You should also have experience in event coordination or a related field and be familiar with CRM software.
