Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist

  • Determining issues, researching, and following up steps as necessary for issue resolution
  • Providing exceptional customer service via incoming calls, chats, emails, and tickets
  • Troubleshooting device and networking issues reported by users

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Excellent organizational skills with a passion for process and documentation
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
