Job Title:

SCADA System Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA system architect to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCADA engineering and experience with Ignition SCADA and MES applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy Ignition SCADA and MES applications for manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deployment.
  • Strong background in MES functions, including production tracking, OEE, downtime analysis, traceability, and SPC.
  • Proficiency with database technologies, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes for SCADA deployments.
  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms, Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.
  • Certifications, such as Ignition Gold Certified Specialist, OPC UA, or relevant industrial ITOT certifications.
