Job Description:

This role drives digital transformation in manufacturing, leading shop floor digitization through packaged and custom-built IT solutions. The strategic bridge between IT and Manufacturing, this role provides real-time visibility into shop floor performance and quality.

The key responsibilities include serving as the strategic IT partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives align with business priorities and goals. This involves leading the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions, driving end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions, and ensuring digital solutions are integrated with business processes and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Master's in Business or related field preferred.
  • 10-12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Experience in consulting or leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset and focus on execution.
