Job Description

As a senior associate in pricing, you will play a key role in evaluating deals for IT services. Your primary responsibility will be to take input from multiple teams and translate it into compelling deal commercials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery, legal, business, and finance, to ensure that all aspects of the deal are properly aligned and protected.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pricing Presentations: Prepare customer pricing presentation sheets, highlighting key commercial terms and conditions.
  • Risk Management: Ensure deal commercials align with risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws, and other relevant factors.
  • Contract Review: Contract redlining, review, and discussion with internal teams, as well as participating in customer negotiations.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare deal P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Accounting Treatments: Identify accounting treatment of cost items in alignment with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Reporting and Accounting: Collaborate with internal teams on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Multitasking: Multitask between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • System Enhancements: Interface and coordinate with development team on system enhancements, ensuring strong internal controls.

We seek a highly motivated individual who can identify commercial and contracting risks in deals, highlight them to leadership, and suggest or deploy mitigation approaches.
