CRM Specialist Job Description
Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in creating successful campaigns for direct-to-consumer / e-commerce and will be able to understand and improve customer journeys to improve repeat and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the retention marketing calendar working cross-functionally with the Marketing, Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing calendar.
- Understand the customer journey and refine the channel contact strategy to meet customers within each lifecycle stage.
- Develop a push, email, WA/SMS and other channels roadmap to optimize engagement and drive revenue through repeat and retention.
- Own Retention Tools and Solutions (MoEngage, Clevertap, GA).
- Own campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, Push App) from briefing to deployment.
- Oversee the QA process; testing, proofs, striving for 100% accuracy within content and target audience(s).
- Implement best practices and technology standards, ensuring our marketing efforts are in compliance with brand guidelines and regulations.
- Execute all analytics reporting, including presenting key insights and recommendations and lead meetings.
- Look at developing new features for Customers on the App.
- Drive high performance from direct reports and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience creating successful campaigns for direct-to-consumer / e-commerce.
- Laser focus on understanding and improving customer journeys to improve repeat and retention.
- Experience with Analytics tools such as GA, Branch, and Retention Tools such as MoEngage clevertap.
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaign performance.
- Experience with data management, analysis, presentation, reporting, and tracking tools (Excel, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to not only report, but also provide recommendations for future improvements, is a must.
- A strong work ethic plus demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Effective time management in a professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
