Job Description:

The role of Regional Head is pivotal in driving the performance of Student Recruitment Managers (SRMs) across multiple regions. This strategic leader will oversee regional recruitment plans, develop and execute agent network development, and ensure delivery of student recruitment targets.

Acting as the key link between global strategy and regional execution, the Regional Head will guarantee consistency, compliance, and growth in student enrolments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a team of SRMs to achieve individual and regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SRMs to deliver regional KPIs.
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with Edvoy's global objectives.
  • Manage and expand agent networks to enhance student recruitment.
  • Represent Edvoy at high-level meetings with key agents, institutions, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities across diverse cultures.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
