City Manager Job Description

Job Overview:

The City Manager will oversee the development and management of strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and hospitals to drive patient referrals for medical funding through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospitals to foster a steady flow of patient referrals for medical funding through our platform.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams in your city/region, ensuring they meet targets, operate effectively, and undergo professional development.
  • Identify new opportunities for medical funding by assessing patient needs and introducing financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of our platform among hospitals and patients, enabling them to access instant medical loans and zero-cost financing options.
  • Set revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipelines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to inform the refinement of our lending solutions.
  • Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered financial institutions.
  • Take full ownership of the city-level profit-and-loss statement, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare or startup sectors.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance).
  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
