Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence processes to support investment decisions.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct fundamental financial analysis including valuation modeling (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.)
  • Market Research: Perform market, sector, and competitor research to support investment theses.
  • Investment Support: Assist in preparing investment memos, pitch decks, and internal presentations for investment committee review.
  • Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes, including legal, operational, and financial aspects of potential investments.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and recommend action as needed.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update internal databases, models, and dashboards.
  • Risk Assessment: Assist in risk assessment and scenario planning.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (CFA/CA/MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, asset management, equity research, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and investment analysis.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
