As a strategic finance leader, you will oversee the financial direction of client businesses and advise on key initiatives to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance business performance and profitability.
  • Decision Support: Provide in-depth evaluations of business opportunities and conduct thorough financial analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Enhance financial reporting standards and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Succession Planning: Assist clients in designing and executing succession strategies to ensure long-term business continuity.
  • Regulatory Guidance: Provide advisory services on statutory matters, including accounting standards, corporate disclosures, and audit readiness.
  • Taxation Advisory: Offer integrated advice on direct and indirect taxation, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance tailored to client operations.
  • Global Strategic Planning: Advise international clients on strategic and succession planning by analyzing tax and regulatory frameworks applicable in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with clients' internal teams and external advisors to provide guidance and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Business Restructuring: Assist clients in planning and implementing business restructuring initiatives, including mergers, demergers, and entity structure conversions to optimize operational efficiency and compliance.
  • JV Structuring: Provide advisory services on structuring joint ventures with international partners in accordance with applicable FDI and ODI regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years post qualification experience in similar profiles, including articleship experience in audit and taxation.
  • Experience managing clients with turnover exceeding Rs. 200 crores in manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
