We are seeking a Product Strategist to drive the strategy and execution of our cloud-based platforms.

The Product Strategist will develop and execute the product strategy for customer facing portals, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction.

This includes defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and customer needs, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer portals with other systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for customer facing portals.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer portals with other systems.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze platform business and performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

">

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology company.

They will also have a strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
