Job Title: Centralized MIS Lead - Renewable Energy

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centralized MIS Lead - Renewable Energy to join our team. This role is a crucial part of our land acquisition process, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to support decision-making, performance tracking, and land regulatory compliance in ongoing/planned renewable energy projects across India.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive MIS framework covering all land acquisition activities across projects and states.
  2. Collate data from ground teams and project sites into centralized dashboards.
  3. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management, highlighting progress, delays, risks, and opportunities.
  4. Automate reports and streamline data flows using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or any advance version.

Data Integrity & Governance:

  1. Ensure high accuracy, completeness, and consistency of land-related data.
  2. Maintain historical records of land deals, ownership documentation, clearances, and legal status.
  3. Enforce data entry protocols and quality checks across regional teams.

Performance Monitoring:

  1. Track KPIs such as land parcels acquired, legal clearances obtained, lead time, and state-wise progress.
  2. Identify bottlenecks in the acquisition process and escalate them for corrective action.
  3. Support target-setting and benchmarking for zonal land acquisition teams.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  1. Coordinate with regional land teams, legal, finance, and project execution teams for data updates.
  2. Support internal and external audits with timely data access and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements and integration.

Compliance & Documentation:

  1. Ensure timely submission of reports to internal audit, statutory, and regulatory bodies.
  2. Maintain documentation trails for internal governance and due diligence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Data Science; MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in MIS or project control roles, preferably in renewable or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of land acquisition processes and regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Skills Required:

  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with GIS tools and land databases is an advantage.
